We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

Moonwalk Vault is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after being marked as delivered

  • Stolen from your address

  • Delayed due to courier issues

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed before shipment. Once shipped, they are under the responsibility of the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


Chargebacks & Disputes
